Посылка дошла за неделю. Поставил linux mint, получился отличный мини сервер. При прокрутке видео 1080 на радиаторе 43 градуса. Часть тепла уходит в нижнюю полость, там до 58. Пока для моих задач это допустимо, будем надеяться, что сборщик был не совсем криворукий и положил нормальный слой термрпасты.
